Services
Plans are month-to-month unless otherwise agreed in writing. Included minutes, overage rates, and features are as described at purchase. No setup fee on standard plans.
SMS programs
Sales / discovery SMS. 204 East Design Group d/b/a RingShore / RingShore AI may send optional automated transactional and follow-up SMS (meeting confirmations, reminders, inquiry replies) to people who opt in at https://ringshore.com/legal/sales-sms or via the discovery booking form. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate shop information (fees, hours, escalation contacts)
- Use the service lawfully and in line with telecom and consumer rules in your markets
- Ensure you have rights to any phone numbers, brands, or voice clones you ask us to use
Acceptable use
No illegal, deceptive, or abusive calling. No attempts to reverse engineer or overload the platform.
Disclaimer
Voice agents are assistive. You remain responsible for how jobs are dispatched and for compliance in your industry. Service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RingShore’s liability for any claim related to the service is limited to fees paid by you in the three months before the claim.
Termination
Either party may end a month-to-month plan at the end of the billing period. We may suspend service for non-payment or misuse.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
